The section below details our plan inclusions and pricing. Even the Starter Plan is a robust plan ensuring software updates, daily backups and security monitoring are done.
During the training phase of your project we will show you how to perform backups and software updates. It's up to you to establish and execute a regular maintenance process.
If you should encounter issues with maintaining your system you can reach out to us and we'll assist you at our current hourly rate.

No. We only offer care plans for websites that we built.
Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however any change that can be made within a 30 minute window is free game. We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the 30 minute threshold.
